Our team
SJ Rehab Ltd is led by Sam Jobling, an experienced Registered Nurse and Rehabilitation Case Manager with over 26 years of nursing experience and extensive experience in rehabilitation case management.
Sam is an IRCM Registered Case Manager, an Advanced Registered Practitioner Member of BABICM and a member of CMSUK. Her clinical background spans acute and community healthcare, alongside extensive experience supporting adults, children and young people following serious and complex injury.
Sam's case management experience includes:
- Acquired and traumatic brain injury
- Birth injury, including cerebral palsy
- Multiple traumatic injury
- Amputation and complex orthopaedic injury
- Neurological injury
- Serious injury arising from medical negligence
- Complex psychological and behavioural presentations
- Neurodevelopmental and mental health needs associated with complex rehabilitation
SJ Rehab is supported by a Case Manager Assistant and dedicated administrative support, enabling us to provide responsive case management while maintaining continuity and senior clinical oversight.
